COVID-19 Notification

Information about COVID-19

As always during the pandemic process, we continue to provide the highest possible standard of treatment and care for our patients at Vizyon Eye Center. Strict control measures have been taken in our hospital so that we can maintain social distance during your visit.

We continue our services with less intensity for a certain period of time in order to protect our staff and patients as much as possible and to adhere to social distance measures.

What provisions are in place to protect staff and patients in hospitals where Vizyon Eye Center is located?

Before your appointment day, you are asked a series of simple screening questions about your current health and symptoms.

When you come to your appointment, you will be greeted by our staff and similar screening questions will be asked again. You will be given a disinfectant application and a fresh face mask for your hand hygiene during your visit. Your body temperature will be checked by a non-contact digital thermometer. After being checked, you will be admitted to the hospital to be taken to your appointment.

We have reduced the physical paperwork for you as much as possible.

By minimizing your time in the reception areas, your first machine tests will be done quickly and you will be taken to the examination room with a mask and hand sanitizer applied. You can access hand disinfectant in our hospital so that you can use it when moving from one area to another.

To maximize safety, we will not be able to serve hot drinks, but you can meet your water needs in disposable cups from the sheltered water dispensers.

Our staff will wear disposable gowns / uniforms and masks. Our staff are screened and checked daily for symptoms, temperature and contacts. COVID-19 control tests are applied to our staff when necessary in our hospital.

Our staff always applies disinfectant to the examination equipment and furniture you use during your appointment.

We recommend that you do not bring anyone other than the family members you live with to your appointments.

Please do not hesitate to contact us by calling us, sending an e-mail or filling out the form on the website. We will get back to you as soon as possible when your request is received.
Your patient relations coordinator will call you back as soon as possible and schedule your appointment at a convenient time.

Please note that you must follow the Hospital Rules so that we can provide effective social distancing.

If you have any questions about vision, please call us first by phone.
